It’s your big day. You’ve got everything in place. Your dress (or tux). The shoes. Hair and makeup. But what about capturing your special moments? That’s where the experts come in to cover your wedding videography and photography.
You might be wondering, why should I hire an entire team for this? Aren’t photos enough? Let’s dive into the pros of capturing your special day in both images and film.
Why book photos AND video for your wedding?
Photos can 110% capture your special moments and take you back to that exact moment in time. On the flip side, video gives you an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at these precious moments.
On film, we can catch your looks, the laughter, the tears, and your expressions in real-time. Capturing video and photos at the same time makes this a cohesive process for you and your partner.
By booking wedding videography and photography for your big day, you’re guaranteed a team that works well together and has your back every step of the way.
The people that I bring on my video and photo team have been in the industry for years and each brings their own experience and expertise to the final product. They know exactly what shots I’m looking for and most importantly-they know the type of experience I want my couples to have on wedding day.
You’ll have one point of contact (that’s me!) who can manage both the photo and video direction for you, pre-wedding and post-wedding.
On the day of the shoot, whether that’s your engagement, your first look, or your wedding day, we’ll have all hands on deck, so you’ll be in good hands.
The process of booking the whole team
Like any wedding package, I’ll work closely with you to make sure we’re on the same page and that you get exactly what you’re looking for with your vision and the style of the shoots. We’ll talk about your needs and decide what kind of coverage you need for photos and video.
I’ll book the team for you, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Then, I’ll build the timeline for both the wedding videography and photography so that we keep details in mind like the setup times for video, audio, and more.
I’ll touch base with my team one week before your wedding day. We’ll discuss the logistics and timing of everything to make sure we’re all in our places on time.
On your wedding day the video crew and the photo crew know how to work together and stay out of each other’s way so that we capture your moments while maintaining that “fly on the wall” approach. We’ll be in tune with what each videographer and photographer needs while you do your thing!
After your wedding, I will take care of the editing. We know you’ll love every photo and every video clip, but we pay extra close attention in the editing stages. Then, we’ll deliver the final images and film for you to enjoy with your partner for a lifetime.
We’re all about making the process easier for you
Booking the whole team makes the day so much easier because you can sit back, relax, and focus on each other and your big moments while we focus on capturing them.
While you’re leaning into each other, dancing with family, or laughing with your friends, we’ll be there in the background getting it all on camera.
I know you’ll want to savor every moment, so I’ll work cohesively with my team throughout the entire day. You can trust that we’re a well-oiled machine!
From the preparations leading up to the big day to the cant-miss live moments, we’re here for you every step of the way-I really mean that!
