You're a photographer and you are ready to finally take your portfolio and business to a new level. There's so much to consider when it comes to creating a stellar portfolio and truly connecting with your clients. Are you stressed about how to go full time? Are you overwhelmed with where to begin? Your hopes and dreams are there for a reason. They were placed on your heart to fulfill a unique purpose and you just have to believe that you're worth the investment.
The arts have been a part of my life since I was a kid. Growing up, my sister and I used to make home movies, and put on plays and fashion shows for anyone who would watch. When I was 14, a friend of my dad's let me assist him and his wife shooting weddings and I guess you could say it wasn't a phase. I started this little business of mine 10 years ago and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Today, I find excitement in helping other photographers find that same joy and passion that I fell into all those years ago. I specialize in teaching about lighting, posing, creating a consistent and beautiful portfolio and more.

Mentoring sessions are designed to give you that one-on-one attention that you just can't get from doing your own research or taking a course. My offerings are best suited for photographers + videographers who have base level knowledge of their gear, and are ready to potentially invest in other resources that will help launch them to the next level. I offer two types of sessions each geared and tailored to you and your pain points.
Mentoring Sessions
You have another job but have always dreamed about doing photography full time. The leap is scary and you're not sure how to bridge the gap and when to take the leap.
"I don't know where to start"

You're a photographer who loves what they do but something isn't quite clicking with your audience. Maybe you struggle with consistency or honing in on your style.
"Something is missing in my work"
You're great at seeing moments when they happen but you're not sure how to prompt your clients to feel natural with posing. You struggle with juggling taking photos and putting your couples at ease.
"I get nervous on set"
You're not sure exactly how to take your work to the next level so you need specific feedback and constructive criticism. Maybe you struggle with social media presence or how best to "talk" to your intended audience.
"I just need some direction"
I email you detailed notes from our in-person session, and give you action steps. We book a 1 hour follow-up zoom call one month out where we see how you've been able to put your new knowledge to work! During that month, you can email or text me with any questions you have along the way! At the end of your follow up, I send you home with notes and a resource guide on how to have a stellar portfolio.
Follow up zoom session
We set up a 3 hour in-person session that includes a 90 minute photography session with a family or couple where you will have a chance to shadow and shoot on your own. You'll have on-on-one feedback as we shoot together and stunning images to take home and edit! At the end of the session we wrap up chatting about more specifics and answering any questions.
